Linda Gayle Steen, 81, of Barboursville, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Minister Chris Roberts. Entombment will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. She was born July 9, 1943 in Huntington, a daughter of the late James and Violet Hatfield Meadows. She was preceded in death by one daughter and son-in-law, Kristi and Bill Fetty. She is survived by her husband, Karl “Ed” Steen; three sons and daughters-in-law, David and Sharon Bledsoe of Barboursville, Mark and Tabby Bledsoe of Milton, and Larry and Tina Bledsoe of Morgantown; one brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Diane Meadows of Ona; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday prior to the service. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.
