Barbara Eleanor Harvey, 89, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington. She was born August 19, 1935, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Clarence and Sallie Collins Woodrum. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Lyle Harvey Jr.; one daughter, Susan Browning; two brothers, Samuel R. Woodrum and Lyman “Buddy” Woodrum; and great-grandson, Ezekiel Browning-Smith. She is survived by two daughters, Karen “Casey” Harvey of Huntington and Samantha (Brian) Ray of Huntington; one son, Donald (Nancy) Harvey of Hendersville, TN; son-in-law, Dana Browning of Proctorville, Ohio; four grandchildren, Velvet Browning of Destin, FL, Jessica Browning (Justin Monetti) of Springfield, VA, Tyler Harvey-Sumpter (Jake Elliott) of Barboursvillle, and Dakota (Kayla) Sumpter of Huntington; seven great-grandchildren, Hunter Browning-Smith, Dallas Browning-Smith, Elijah Browning-Smith, Liam Sumpter, Aurora Grace Sumpter, Noah Bunting-Sumpter, and Mia Harvey-Sumpter; and great-great-grandson, Jonah Browning.
