Carroll Glen Osburn, 86, Bidwell, Ohio, passed away April 4, 2025 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Mound Hill Cemetery, Gallipolis. He was born March 23, 1939, in Beech Fork, WV, a son of the late Roscoe and Nellie Booth Osburn. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Willa Kay Osburn and two sisters, Bernice Tiller and Sue Adams. He is survived by one daughter, Tammy Gill (Michael) of Salt Rock; three sons, Richard Osburn of Huntington, Steve Osburn (Angie) of Huntington, and Sam Osburn of Fraziers Bottom; one sister, Betty Trimble (Dallas) of Lavalette; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; two step-daughters, Rachel Mares (David) and Sarah Fender (Keith) and one step-son, Tyler Stewart (Amy).
