David Keith Carpenter, 66, of Milton, passed away June 8, 2025. He was born May 23, 1959, in South Charleston, WV, son of the late Franklin D. Carpenter and Sylvia Flowers Carpenter. He was also preceded in death by one sister Caroline “Katie” Hager and one brother Richard Carpenter. He is survived by his daughters Katelynn Edie and Terri Nelson; ex-wife Mollie Carpenter; one granddaughter Alisha Nelson; two sisters Sheila Carpenter, and Delsie Craig; one brother Franklin “Junie” Carpenter; numerous nieces and nephews and his special dog Gizmo. Celebration of life service will be at 6 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
