Phyllis Jean Bush, 83, of Hurricane, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. She was born January 4, 1942 in Lincoln County a daughter of the late Clarence and Hester Meddings Ginn. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Garrey Roger Bush and by her siblings, Jack Ginn, Audrey Harden, Betty Stowers, John Ginn and Bobby Ginn. She is survived by her son, Gary Michael Bush and by two brothers, Marshall Ginn and Michael Ginn. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Valley View Memorial Park Mausoleum with Steve Miller officiating. Friends may visit from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Valley View Memorial Park Mausoleum. Online condolences may be sent to www.timeformemory.com/wallace

My heart is so sad to hear about Phyllis' passing. Prayers for her son and her family. Phyllis and Garry were great friends with my parents, so many, many wonderful memories of camping/boating trips... during the winter they would play endless games of Rook. What special times, I will always treasure these memories. I loved Phyllis, she was such a beautiful lady with a beautiful heart and soul.

I loved Phyllis Jean so much. She always had a smile on her face and a compliment to give. She is already missed so much. She will never be forgotten

Words cannot express how deeply sadden we will be not to be able to visit with Phyllis. We loved her so much. She could always make me smile.
