Helen Fern Kuhn, 87, of Barboursville, WV, passed away September 2, 2025 at Wyngate Assisted Living in Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, September 6, 2025 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Minister Dave Gladwell. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. She was born October 7, 1937, the youngest child of the late Thomas and Madge Gibson. She was preceded in death by her husband, L. Hank Kuhn, four sisters, and two brothers. She is survived by three daughters, Vickie (Mike) Watts, Teresa Powell, and Sherrie (Rob) Porter; three grandsons, Joe (Jessy) Watts, Chris (Stella) Watts, and Jeremy (Susie) Powell; nine great-grandchildren, Audrea, Kabriel, Megan, Summer, Ben, Kalee, Isaiah, Bella, and Mikayla; and brother-in-law, Lonnie Kuhn. She retired from St. Mary’s Medical Hospital as a nurse aide. The family would like to thank the staff at Barboursville Wyngate and Hospice of Huntington for the excellent care and support.
