Charles Edward Lowe, 68, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away June 7, 2026. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Ed Neil, Jr. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery. He was born June 6, 1958 in Huntington, a son of the late Greenway Lowe and Grethel Turvey Reed. He is survived by the love of his life, Charlotte Rood Lowe; daughters, Cyndi Crager of Huntington and Sarah Brock of Columbus; son, Donald Shepard (Michelle) of Huntington; sisters, Tonya Lowe, St. Johns, FL, Brittany Reed, Huntington, and Rose Ramirez, Napeleon, OH; brother, Jeff Lowe of Huntington; grandchildren, Cody and Mikayla Shepard, Madison Crager, and Maddox and Olivia Hopkins; great-grandchildren, Amira West, Kolt and Kase Shepard.
