I know it's late but wanted to show my sympathy for the Gibbs family. Jim was a great guy whom my dad worked for, for many years. I grew up around the car lot/wash. He always helped someone out when they needed it. I will never forget as a little kid running around hollering Papaw Gibbs ... He will be forever missed

I would like to send you my deepest sympathies to the Gibbs family on their sad loss. It came as a great shock to hear of Mr. Gibbs passing. I know he will be greatly missed by everybody who knew him. I regret not being able to attend his funeral, as I am presently deployed to the Middle East. I just want to let Jimmy and the Gibbs family that I am thinking of them and grieving with them. (Friend of Jimmy G. Gibbs)
