Dear Bob and Steve and Pam, It is with great sadness that I read of Bonnie's death. I had intended to go see her on Monday and when we called to get the ICU room #, we were told to talk with the family. That alone made me think that she must be very very sick. I'm so sorry I never called her as I promised nor did I send her a card -- but she was in my prayers and in my heart. What a fighter Bonnie was and such a strong self-willed individual with such a wonderful positive attitude. Just to talk on the phone to her, one would never know she had as many physical problems as she had. She would laugh and ask about how WE were doing -- not to shine a lot of life on herself. I'm sure if I had had the chance to be around Bonnie very much I would really have loved her as a true friend. She was always so pleasant, friendly, sincere and very interested in others. Truly Bonnie will be missed in the worst way altho I'm sure you're thankful that she is with Jesus and her other son now and enjoying perfect health and happiness ----- and awaiting the time till you all come to her. I am so sorry but Dongie & I will be unable to attend the services tomorrow but our thoughts and prayers will be with you as you lay Bonnie to rest. If I can do anything to help or if any of you just want to talk, don't hesitate to call me --- 325-1246. Most Sincerely, Mary & Don G. Caldwell 1322 Grandview Drive Ashland, KY 41101
