Mary Grace Reid - 1932-2006

Mary Grace Reid, 74, of Valparaiso, Ind., since 2000, formerly of Olympia Fields, Ill., passed away Friday, April 28, 2006, at home.
She was born Feb. 26, 1932, in Ashland, Ky., to James and Flossie (Pennington) Conway.
Mary graduated from Mundelein College with a B.A. in business and was manager of the legal department of Amoco Oil Company in Chicago for 25 years.
On May 31, 1963, in Park Forest, Ill., she married George Reid, who survives along with three daughters, Nancy (Jim) Polak of Pittsburgh, Jamie (John) Flick of Indianapolis and Kris Reid of Valparaiso and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Bob Conway, and one sister, Nancy Huffman.
A committal service will be today at 2 p.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashland with burial to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Foundation, 501 Marquette St., Valparaiso, IN 46383.
Arrangements are being handled by Moeller Funeral Home in Valparaiso and Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland.
