Willie Mae Robinson Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1920 - 2006 Willie Mae Robinson (1920-2006) Willie Mae Robinson passed away Monday, Aug. 14, 2006, in Kingsbrook Life Care Center in Ashland, Ky. Willie Mae was born Aug. 3, 1920, in Monroe, N.C., a daughter of the late C.W. Helton and Loula Moore Helton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Robinson. She is survived by two daughters, Mary (Butch) Clay of Fort Gay, W.Va., and Ann (David) Dempsey of Columbus, Ohio; three sons, Walter (Opal) Robinson of Columbus, Charles (Vivian) Robinson of Ashland and Kenneth (Phyllis) Robinson of Sunbury, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland. A graveside service will be at noon Thursday in Maher, W.Va. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ashland Senior Center, 324 15th St., Ashland, KY 41101. Online condolences may be made to steenfuneralhomes.com.

So sorry to hear about your loss. My Mom, Goldie Robinson Canterbury, Les' wife, had been trying to get in touch with Willie Mae.
