Paul Raymond Withrow - 1940-2006
Paul Raymond Withrow, 66, of Ashland, Ky., died Saturday, Sept. 2, 2006, in King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
Mr. Withrow was born July 1, 1940, in Rush, Ky., a son of the late Jay Withrow and Della Withrow Sammons. He was a retired landscaper, an Army veteran and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Paul Withrow Jr., and two brothers, Harry Wayne Withrow and James Edward Withrow.
Mr. Withrow is survived by his wife, Ethel Mae Dulaney of Ashland; four sons, Jeffrey Dulaney, Justin Dulaney and Kevin Withrow, all of Ashland, and Chris Withrow of Fallsburg, Ky.; two daughters, Shawna Withrow of Ashland and Patricia Price of Louisa; two brothers, Clifford Withrow and Jay Withrow Jr., both of Ashland; two sisters, Ruth Hale of Ashland and Frances Withrow of Winchester, Ky.; and six grandchildren, Xavier Thompson, Melody, Marie and Alex Price, and Jacob and Paige Withrow.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2006, at Steen Funeral Home- Marshall Steen Chapel in Ashland. The Rev. Brian Steele will officiate. Burial will be in Coalton Cemetery.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
