Betty Bolt Prater Hill Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1960 - 2006 Betty Jean Bolt Prater Hill (1960-2006) Betty Jean Bolt Prater Hill, 46, of Springfield, Ore., formerly of Ashland, Ky., and Wellston, Ohio, died Monday, Sept. 4, 2006, at her residence in Springfield. She was born March 2, 1960, in Groton, Conn., a daughter of Peggy Williams Bolt of Ashland and the late Beecher Bolt. She was a devoted homemaker and an Army veteran. Additional survivors include her husband, Randy Hill of Springfield; a daughter, Teresa Gail Prater of Ashland; two sisters, Ann Bolt Tackett of Ashland and Dana Pagen of West Columbia, S.C.; three brothers, Kenny Boggs of Fredericksburg, Va., Joe Beshears of Michigan City, Ind., and Don Mannon of Chesapeake, Va.; and her former husband, Terry Prater of Jackson, Ohio. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Steen Funeral Home-Marshall Steen Chapel in Ashland by the Rev. Rob Jordan. Burial will be in Bolt Family Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 tonight at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made to steenfuneralhomes. com.
