Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29, 2006 at Steen Funeral Home- Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Friends may call from noon until the service hour Friday at the funeral home. Friends may make contributions to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, KY 40504-3277 or Community Hospice, 1538 Central Ave., Ashland, KY 41101. Billie was a great woman there were nothing she could do or she had already done...She always would help you if you need help in anyway.She was a good close friend of my mom(Shirley)and neighbors for many years. I would visit my mother and billie would be sitting on the porch ever evening...I will never forget billie sitting with my mother everynight on the porch...We know that billie is in heaven sitting with God on her porch watching us evernight~
