Margaret Fullerton Callahan Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1915 - 2006 Margaret Fullerton Callahan - 1915-2006 Margaret Fullerton Callahan, 91, of Columbus, Ohio, formerly of Ashland, Ky., died Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2006, in Albany Care Center in Columbus. Mrs. Callahan was born March 5, 1915, in Ashland, a daughter of the late John and Georgia Kite Fullerton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest O. Callahan in 1987. She was an LPN who retired from King’s Daughters Medical Center and formerly worked for Dr. S. Gray Hunter. She was a member of Centenary United Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, John E. Callahan and his wife, Annette, of Blacklick, Ohio, and Ronald L. Callahan and his wife, Nancy, of Alexandria, Va.; seven grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland by the Rev. Don Young. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2006, at the funeral home. Friends may make contributions to Centenary United Methodist Church, 2901 Winchester Ave., Ashland, KY 41101 or Gideons International, P.O. Box 354, Westerville, OH 43086. I will forward this on to my mother who is virgina margaret's cousin. her name is hazel fullerton richards. she lives in palm harbor, fl. she is 84. i beleieve your mother and my sister, nancy fallon worked togather sometime back on the family tree. i will also let her know. we all send our condolences.

I'm so sorry to hear about Aunt Marge. She was one of my most favorite people in this world and I will always remember her for our laughter and spunk. She and Uncle Ernie will always carry a special place in my heart. love always Julie
