I just learned of Lynn's passing; because of the months that have passed since her death, I am not sure anyone in the family will read this. I have such wonderful memories of Lynn and the Newsome family. As a teenager, their home was a sanctuary for me. I moved away and never knew Lynn as a grown woman. But as a teenager, she was a wonderful, beautiful and kind person. I never heard her say an unkind thing about anyone. I know losing her has left a large empty space in her family. My prayers and heartful sorrow is with them. May God bless all of you!

Our entire family was deeply saddened to learn of Lynn's passing. We got to know Lynn when she began cutting Curt's and Clifton's hair shortly after our family moved to Ashland. Lynn was one of the most genuinely friendly and personable individuals we have ever met. She immediately put each of us at such ease that we felt we had known her forever. We were surprised to learn that Lynn had waged a fight against breast cancer because she never projected any outward signs. She was always positive and upbeat. We were heartbroken to learn that the disease had returned and Lynn was waging her battle once again. We have kept her in our thoughts and prayers and will miss her deeply. Heaven has been blessed with a beautiful angel and we feel blessed to have known an angel here on earth. We offer our deepest condolences to Tim, Hunter, her parents, other family and all of her friends.

Lynn will always have an extremely special place in the hearts of our entire family. Her deep affection and nurturing touch upon the lives of my daughters Rebecca and Amber (who were privileged to sit with Hunter after school many times) will leave a blessing with them for their entire lives, and we were all very richly blessed to have known her. Our prayers are with all of you. God bless.

We are so sorry to hear about Lynn. Dad is working and I am out of town this week, but please know that we are thinking and praying for all of you. God only takes the best and her death is not in vain. We do know what you all are going through right now because it was 1 year ago Dec. 9th that we lost Mom. If Hunter needs to talk to anyone please let him know he can call on me anytime. Mothers are special people and it is hard to lose one at such an early age. My cell phone is 606-571-0619 or he can call Dad's house 606-739-8072, we are always at one number or the other. Tell Hunter he can call anytime day or night. Love you all and praying for you.
