William Howard Hall Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1935 - 2007 William Howard Hall - 1935-2007 William Howard Hall, 71, of Ashland, Ky., died Jan. 16, 2007, at his residence. He was born Oct. 22, 1935, in Paris, Ky., a son of the late William M. Hall and Beulah Faye Hall Flannery. He retired after 25 years as a cable television technician. He was a Christian and of the Protestant faith. He was a Vietnam veteran and retired from the U.S. Air Force. Surviving are his wife, Ruth Adkins Hall of Ashland; a daughter, Connie Sue Hall Valencourt and her husband, John, of Raceland, Ky.; a brother, David Lee Hall of Lexington, Ky.; a sister, Joyce Ann Cooper of Springfield, Ohio; and two grandchildren, John Kyle Valencourt and Ryan Michael Valencourt. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 2007, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland by Pastor Jim Pridemore. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery with military services by Kenova American Legion Post 93. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, 2007, at the funeral home. Dear Ruth, I am curently on a vacation cruise and will not be home until after the funeral. I am so sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of Bill and all the cable tricks and tips that he taught me over the years. My prayers will be with you and the family.
