Lois Petry Nemet - 1921-2007
Lois Petry Nemet, 86, of Riverview, Mich., formerly of Wheelwright, Ky., died March 12, 2007, following an extended illness.
She was born March 4, 1921, in Logan, W.Va., the daughter of the late Jake and Goldie Bailey Petry.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Nemet, in 1997. She was of the Methodist faith and a member of Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Kaye Hall of Woodhaven, Mich.; her granddaughter, Jami and husband Don Antosiewiez of Grosse Ile, Mich.; and a great-granddaughter, Kelly Kaye.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2007, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland, Ky., by the Rev. Donald Young. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
