Hafeeza Bolden - 1954-2007
Hafeeza Bolden, 52, of Ashland, Ky., formerly of Pittsburgh, Pa., died Saturday, April 21, 2007, in Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va.
Ms. Bolden was born Sept. 10, 1954, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Robert Bolden and Sidney Johnson Ellison.
She was a former data entry specialist with Mothers Against Drunk Drivers.
She is survived by two sons, Andrew Massey (Kim) of Flatwoods, Ky., and Vanderbilt Massey Jr. (Angie) of Chillicothe, Ohio; four brothers, Thomas Connor Sr. (Earlene) of Mount Sterling, Ky., James Ellison III (Tanya) of Boston, Mass., Jeff Ellison of Ashland and Robert Bolden Jr. of Ashland; six sisters, Earlene (Andrew) Bolden of Pittsburgh, Mary Parks of Ashland, Gwen Masterson (Cedric) of Ashland, Betty Jackson (Ronnie) of Ashland, Ernestine Buckner of Ashland and Debbie Brown (Chester) of Columbus, Ohio; a special cousin, Rasheed Ali; a close friend, Julia Hazelip; and a host of grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at Christ Temple Church in Ashland by the Suffragan Bishop Elzy Thomas.
Services are under the direction of Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland.
