Patrick has been in my thoughts for many years since he attended my studio at UKY. He always had a great sense of humor, a strong and unpretentious sense of self and was equally happy to talk about architecture or his latest home brew. I appreciated his candor and how he cared for his friends. I was proud of his academic achievement and know he took pleasure in his craft. My condolences go out to his family and friends.

To Pat's Family and Friends, I just learned of Pat's illness and passing today, so please pardon the late condolences. I had the joy of befriending Pat in architecture school during our numerous studios together. He was always a good friend to me. Pat was someone everyone could talk to, day or night. I am saddend by your loss, as I know Pat cannot be replaced. Please know that the Skaggs family, as well as his close friends, will be in my thoughts. I will miss you Pat.

I just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear of Pat passing away. He is another angel in heaven now. I hope he and my brother Kenny will run into each other. I remember Pat from high school just being a really nice kid. I will say a prayer for all of his family. I truly understand the saddness you are feeling. But, Pat is rejoicing with our Heavenly Father right now. How amazing that must be!!! May God Bless each of you today and forever more. Take care.
