Just wanted to say my thoughts and prayers are with your family. I'll always remember Charlie and my dad, Ron Mullins, and the Jaycee haunted houses. The two of them loved scaring me with their costumes and props. Now they will be together again in a better place.

I am so sorry about the loss of Charlie Frasure. I had the privilege of knowing him from working at The Independent newspaper. For the last several years he worked one of our kiosk booths selling subscriptions for the newspaper. Charlie was a fine person and loved people. I will always remember his famous words when I asked him how he was doing which were {Super great and getting better) He will be sadly missed by all. My prayers are with his family.
