Virginia Westmoreland Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1922 - 2008 Virginia Maxine Blair Westmoreland - 1922-2008 Virginia Maxine Blair Westmoreland, 85, of Ashland, Ky., died Feb. 2, 2008 in Heartland of Riverview Nursing Facility. Mrs. Westmoreland was born Aug. 13, 1922, in Lawrence County, Ohio, a daughter of the late John Henry and Nora Ward Blair. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Travis Westmoreland. She was former owner and manger of an employment agency in Texas and was of the Protestant faith. Surviving are three sisters, Dorothy Dixon of Ashland, Violet Chandler and husband, James Ralph of Newbern, N.C., and Cleo Roberts of Louisville, Ky.; and four nieces and three nephews. A graveside funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008 at Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum Chapel by Dr. Michael C. Dixon. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. There is no visitation.
