Otis , babysat me from when I was as young as 3 yrs old until I got to big to need a babysitter. He became the grandfather/father figure I never had. Even though he had children of his own he took me as his own and treated me like I was his. He was the best man I have ever known. I just want you to know that I appreciate you and what you did for me in life , I know I wouldn't be in the place i am now if not for you . Thank you. My condolence to the family. PA PA I know your looking down On me and I hope that I have made you proud . I love and miss you so much . Dustin L. Mccutchen Chief Petty Officer United States Navy
