Drew and family...Acie was such a special man. I thought the world of him and will remember him always for his loyalty and love to his grandchilren. I will help them to always remember there special moments like picking there pumpkins in the fall in the gardens he so carefully planned and attended. The fruit cakes, and the pickles that everyone could not get enough of. The day when he showed up while I was in the kitchen making jam with a 5 gallon bucket of blackberries! The look in his eyes when he held his grandbabies for the first time. He was many things to many people and I loved him very much.

Drew,My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Your father gifted you with a legacy of family loyalty. You will continue to see a reflection of him as you parent your children. Unless you were out of state or country I don't remember him ever missing an opportunity to be with you. My oldest daughter is coming to California today or I certainly would be there. Let your faith and family carry you in the coming days.May God bless you in your grief and give you peace. As always...Love and Prayers, Tammy

Please accept my condolences upon Acie's passing. I spent many enjoyable times with Acie in the Elks Club when I lived in Ashland from 1972-1981. He was a fine "feller"! Sincerely, Bill Sewell Maysville

Mr. Hall left a mark on everyone who ever knew him, he would always look so stern and serious but you could see the smile behind his eyes and in his half cocked smile as he gave a deep half hearted laugh. His children should be very proud to know that he dedicated his life to touching the lives of every young person he encountered.

So sorry about Acie. It seems to be the end of an era. I was a neighbor of his parents, Morgan & Grace. Acie had dated my cousin, MaDonna Fitzpatrick, in high school. Sadly, she passed away last year. I look forward to getting reaquainted in Heaven. Dimples

Uncle Acie was an inspiration early in my life when visiting with his brother, Dave whom was my father. Acie always talked about his role as an educator and this was one of the reasons I chose early in life to become an educator myself. My mother, Linda Hall has always kept me up to date of news of Uncle Acie when she heard from him on occasion. Uncle Acie will be missed by many, especially in the Hall family. Although I'm unable to attend any of the services, I would like for the family know that they are in my prayers. There will be a tough period of grieving for the Hall family, especially Drew. Time and God's help will help bring you through any trial in life. I would ask any of Acies friends and family to yield to God for help in this time of sorrow. God Bless the Hall Family.
