Robert G. "Bob" Kelley Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1946 - 2008 Robert G. Kelley - 1946-2008 Robert G. Kelley, 61, of Greenacres, Fla., formerly of Ashland, died Wednesday, March 12, 2008, in Palm Beach County Hospice in Palm Beach County, Fla. He was born July 27, 1946, in Ashland, Ky., a son of the late James E. and Cora Alley Kelley. He was a lab technician with Broward County Public Works and was a U.S. Army Vietnam Purple Heart veteran. Surviving are a brother, Alex H. Kelley and his wife, Cathy, of Ashland; and nieces and nephew Hope McKnight, Jennifer McKenzie and A.J. Kelley. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2008, at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens in Ashland, with military rites by American Legion Post 93 of Kenova. There will be no visitation. Steen Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements. Contributions may be made to American Legion Post 76, 405 20th St., Ashland, KY 41101.
