Mrs. Kouns was truely a beautiful lady. For many years she was like a mother to me. You could not have found a more loving lady. We shared a birthday. I must admit that I haven't always remembered that, but I doubt I will forget it for a few years to come. Heaven has received one of its finest jewels. Her leaving will create a huge void. To all of her children, you will be in my prayers. Love Karen

Our dear Kouns family, when I met cousin Edna years ago she made me feel like we had known each other for years. Truly she never knew a stranger. I will miss hearing her vibrant, colorful stories of family. She bore witness to The Holy Spirit, always praising God and looking forward to being with Him. I am honored to be her cousin and blessed to have known her. Until we are blessed to be together with her again may God bless you and comfort you, and may he allow you to feel her presence still. Love and prayers, Your cousin, Rebecca Mitchell Weigold, and on behalf of my father's family Rev. Charles H. Mitchell, Jr.
