Nicole was such a precious person and I feel so priviledged to have known her. I can only imagine how many lives this beautiful girl has touched and heaven is a brighter place for having her there. I'm sure the angels rejoiced when she walked through those beautiful gates of heaven.

Jimmy,
I was so sad to hear this news! I am so sorry I did not see or hear about this until today. I can hardly believe that Nicole was 21!!! Seems like yesterday when we were working at the Crisis Unit and Nicole was just a little thing! I know there is nothing I can say to lessen your sorrow but just know that old friends are thinking of you and praying for your family.

Jimmie and Sharlene:
I wanted to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. I cannot imagine the pain of losing one's child. I know that Nicole was a special person and that you adapted the world, as much as you could for her. Because of her and the efforts, that you put forth on her behalf the world is a better place today. Again, my sincere sympathy.

I am so sorry for your loss, and extend my sincere condolences to your family.
Although I did not know Nicole personally, her eulogy clearly indicates that she was a cherished daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin and friend, who will be sorely missed by many. It is painful losing such dear ones to death for we want to live and enjoy life with those we love. And if we only had the power to do so, we would bring our loved ones back to us. Please know that you can find true hope and comfort in the scriptures, for it reassures us that we can see our dead loved ones again. The Bible teaches that most people who have died will be resurrected. Jesus Christ himself promised that "those in the memorial tombs will...come out." (John 5:28, 29) In harmony with God's original purpose, those resurrected humans will have the opportunity to live on a paradise earth. (Luke 23:43) This promised future includes perfect health and everlasting life for obedient humans. The Bible reassures us that "the righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it." (Psalm 37:29) Other scriptures that bear witness to this are Job 14:14, 15; Luke 7:11-17; and Acts 24:15. Please take comfort in this hope and the future joy it holds out to us who, for now, grieve the loss of these we hold dear.
May you continue to receive an abundance of love and emotional support through this very difficult time.
Most sincerely,
Charvian Edens

Jimmy,Sharlene, and Cassie,
I am so saddened to read of Nicole's passing. I'll be out of town for both the visitation and funeral.
Please accept my condolences. I remember so many things about Nicole from first grade...the time she burned her toe on the water from the bathtub spout. We declared "funny feet" day so she wouldn't be the only one in slippers the next day.
I'm so sorry. She will be missed so very much.
Love in Christ,
Cheryl
