Betty So sorry to hear of your sad loss. Frank was a very special person and always respected by John. I bet they are now talking about all the things they did not get a chance to say when John passed away so suddenly. Keep your chin up and take care

My sincere sympathy is sent to you and your family in your loss. I met Frank many years ago at the Ocean View Democratic and Social Club in Norfolk. He was always outgoing and seemed to enjoy life. May it comfort you in knowing how many caring thoughts are with you at this time.

Frank was a friend of my fater in Norfolk VA. They worked together and were very good friends. He took me for a ride when I was 10 years old in his new T-Bird and we rode all over Ocean View. My Dad died in 1981 and I became a member of the Democratic and Social Club. I visited today and they had already seen the Obit in the Norfolk papers. His name will go up on our Memory board at the New Club in Norfolk VA. All who remembered him were saddened at his passing. My Dad always thought highly of Frank and they remained close for years. My Dad was John Wilson Propes, pronounced ropes with a P. He lived til his death in Ocean View. My condolences, Libby Sue Bishop
