Jerry E. Evans Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1966 - 2009 Jerry E. Evans (1966-2009) Jerry E. Evans, 43, of Flatwoods, died Sunday at his residence. He was born May 7, 1966, in Ashland. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel in Ashland. Burial will be in Kirby Flats Cemetery. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
