I met Emmor "Butch" some 38 years ago. I did not know him for a long time because I moved back to South Carolina afte my first husband David was killed in Vietnam. "Butch" was a very kind and generous person. He had such a good sense of humor and took several photos of my infant son David Toler. He was a talented photographer. I wanted you all to know how much I enjoyed my short time around him. My sympathy goes out to the whole family. I know he will be missed by you all. Again, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Sincerely, Linda

Debbie, Justin & Carrie & Family,
We were sorry to read in the Daily about the passing of Brother Emmor.
He will be sadly missed by not only you all the family, but by lots of friends.
We look back in time when we all went to Second Baptist Church and of all the wonderful times we had in worship time and in all the events that took place.
This was so good and Bro. Emmor was always there to lend a helping hand in whatever was taking place.
Just remember to keep your trust in the Lord in this sad time of your lives.
Again, you have our deepest sympathy.
GOD BLESS YOU ALL..........

I was so sorry to read of Emmor's passing. Our births were on the same day and we grew up two doors from each other. I remember him as the best dancer in the class of 1966. God Bless him.

DEBBIE, EMMOR WILL BE MISSED AND OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND THE FAMILY. IT SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY THAT WE WERE PLAYING CHURCH SOFTBALL AGAINST EACH OTHER AND REMARKING HOW GOOD OUR LORD IS TO HAVE SEEN US THROUGH THOSE CRAZY TEENAGE TIMES. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY OUR RESPECTS IN PERSON BUT DO KNOW THAT OUR GOD IS ABLE TO SEE YOU THROUGH THIS DIFFICULLT TIME. WE PRAY HIS BLESSINGS ON YOU.
