Nordhoff 91, of Ashland, Kentucky formerly of Buffalo, NY died Thursday, October 22, 2009 at the Community Hospice Care Center. She was born April 2, 1918 in Buffalo, NY a daughter of the late Walter & Catherine Aiple Ferner. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George H. Nordhoff. Survivors include a son Gary Nordhoff of Ashland, KY a daughter Jude Nordhoff of NY and loving grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Elmlawn Cemetery in Buffalo. Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
