Caldwell McCoy Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1968 - 2009 Donna Kay Caldwell McCoy 1968 - 2009 Donna Kay Caldwell McCoy 41, of Rush died October 13, 2009 in Kings Daughters Medical Center following a sudden illness. She was born July 17, 1968 a daughter of Hazel Cornwell Caldwell of Rush and the late Billy Joe Caldwell, Sr. She was a computer programer and devoted wife and mother. Survivors include her husband, Billy J. McCoy of Rush; daughters Brandi Nicole Caldwell, Lacey McCoy & Larissa McCoy; a brother, Billy Joe Caldwell, Jr. and a host of loving family members and friends.
