Imogene McGranahan Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1929 - 2009 Imogene McGranahan (1929-2009) Imogene McGranahan, 80, of Ashland, died Wednesday in Woodland Oaks Health Care Facility. She was born May 26, 1929, in Boyd County a daughter of the late Hobert & Talitha West Cooksey Her husband, the Rev. Edgar N. McGranahan, died in 1994. Surviving are a son John Edward Callahan; a sister Barbara Robinette; a brother John D. Cooksey and a host of loving family members and friends. A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland. Contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 1538 Central Ave., Ashland, KY 41101. Condolences may be sent to www.steenfuneralhomes.com.
