Rosa Lee Starks Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1922 - 2010 Rosa Starks (1922-2010) Rosa Lee Starks, 87, of Ashland, died Friday in Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Aug. 19, 1922, in Shelbyville. Her husband, Everett Starks, preceded her in death. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to www.steenfuneralhomes.com.
