Roma Jean Morgan Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1933 - 2010 Roma Jean Morgan (1933-2010) Roma Jean Morgan, 76, of Ashland, Ky., died Wednesday, March 17, 2010, in Kingsbrook Life Care Center. She was born Sept. 10, 1933, to the late Fred A. and Eloise Honaker Stewart in Lewis County, Ky. Her husband, Glenn W. Morgan of Ashland, survives. She was a registered nurse as well as a homemaker and mother. She graduated from St. Marys School of Nursing in 1954 and was a member of Unity Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Sandra Hieneman and Laurie Palma, both of Ashland; a sister, Marilyn Johnson of Phoenix, Ariz.; and two grandchildren, Chad Hieneman and Morgan Palma. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, March 19, 2010, at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel by Dr. Floyd Paris. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today, March 18, 2010, at the funeral home. Contributions may be sent to Unity Baptist Church, 2320 29th St., Ashland, KY 41101. Glen/Sandra/Chad -- Cheryl and I have been in Louisville since Wednesday for the funeral of her cousin. we will not be back to Ashland to attend the funeral today. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you as you face this difficult time.
