Dawna, My time with him was all too brief--had I known...but then there's the rub, isn't it? I suspect your many years with him now seem all too brief as well as you grasp to preserve every nuance, every turn, every glimpse. There are no words. Take solace where you can find it. Drew, your visit yesterday spoke volumes...about you and about the man and woman who raised you. Godspeed you, Dwight. Love, Connie and Tommy

Dwight was a good friend and I thought of him often even though I have not seen him in many years. I'll remember all the fun times we had and his wonderful family. I was looking forward to my next visit home to see his home in Haverhill. My heart goes out to all of you especially Dawna, Eileen, Denise, his sons and grandchildren.

It was only after reading the obituary that I was reminded that Dwight was the brother of Denise "Rickey" Patterson who I graduated with in 1970. Dwight was a friend of my brother and I do remember him well. My family is sorry for your loss!

...a class act is all I can say; all one has to do is is mention Mr. Rickey to the students of Collins Career Center to know what a wonderful person, phenomenal teacher, and spirited mentor he was. We miss you, Dwight. Lots of love to you all from the Fry family.
