He was born June 14, 1958, in Ashland. His wife, Paula Little Gibson, survives. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Steen Funeral Home-Central Ave. Chapel in Ashland. Burial will be in Winslow Cemetery in Boyd County. Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to steenfuneralhomes.com.
