Nannie Crosby Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1926 - 2010 Nannie Crosby 83, of Ashland died Monday morning, May 17, 2010 at Kingsbrook Lifecare center. She was born October 1, 1926 in Ashland, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Crosby; a child at birth; two sisters, Minnie Ulen & Virginia Mae Mitchell. Nannie was a member of Christ Temple Church in Ashland and was a devoted homemaker, aunt and friend. Surviving are two nieces, Sandra Carroll and her husband, Joseph Allen of Midland City, Alabama & Dianna Lynn Porter of South Shore, Kentucky; nephew, Edward Cecil Mitchell of Jacksonville, Florida and a host of loving family members & friends. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Thursday, May 20, 2010 at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel by Suffragan Bishop Elzy Thomas. Friends may call from 10am-11am Thursday, at the funeral home.
