Juanita Binion 86, of Worthington, passed away, Friday morning, October 14, 2011 at her residence, with her loving family by her side.
She was born, April 22, 1925 in Elliott County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Roy and Anzona Holbrook Reynolds. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Earl Binion on January 8, 2006, an infant son, Jackie Lane Binion, sisters, Garnett Fay Reynolds, Viola Reynolds & Molly Winters.
Juanita was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. She will long be remembered for her gentle loving spirit and willingness to help anyone in need.
Survivors include her five sons, Garry (Kathy) Binion of Crestline, OH, Steve (Diana) Binion of Hernando, MS, Mike (Thuy) Binion of Nashville, TN, David Binion of Worthington, KY & Jerry Binion of Lexington, KY; a daughter, Lorita Carman of Wurtland, KY; brothers, Grover Reynolds & Glen Reynolds both of Crestline, OH, Bill Reynolds & Ron (Rhonda) Reynolds of Olive Hill, KY; sisters, Lenora Moore of Wurtland, KY & Helen Bear of Olive Hill, KY; a brother in law Ron Winters of Sulpher Springs, TN; grandchildren; Tara (Kevin) Valis, Lisa (Scott) Johnson, Brian Binion, Brad (Danielle) Binion, Samantha Binion, Jordan Binion, Nikki Carman, Heather (Matt) Mueller & Zack Hicks; great grandchildren, Lilly Binion Ferrell, Violet Valis, Max Valis, Wyatt Binion, Aidan Mueller & Eli Mueller. Additional survivors include a host of loving nephews, nieces, extended family members and friends.
The funeral service will be at 11:00am Monday, October 17, 2011 at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel. Burial will follow at Binion Cemetery in Elliott County, KY.
