Beatrice Bellomy, 86, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday evening, June 4, 2013, in Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
She was born Feb. 7, 1927, in Sias, W.Va., a daughter of the late Emery and Mollie Hager Walden. She was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 67 years, Doris E. Bellomy of Ashland; two sons, Larry Bellomy and wife Linda of Cincinnati and Randy Bellomy and wife Jenni of Ironton; a sister, Lois Adkins of Midkiff, W.Va.; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, June 7, 2013, at Ashland Cemetery by the Rev. Richard Suman. Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland.
