Mary Elizabeth Broughton Stollings, 82, of Westwood, passed away peacefully Saturday morning in Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a brief illness.
She was born June 17, 1930, to the late Grant and Maggie Dillow Broughton.
She worked for Hill's Department Store for many years and was a longtime member of Westwood Enterprise Baptist Church.
Mary was also preceded in death by her husband, Bernard, in 1981; and both of her daughters, Lorita Stollings Bowman in 1999 and Lona Stollings in 2012.
Mary is survived by her grandson, Donald Bowman II, and his wife, Holly, and their children, Veronica and Aaron, all of Landenberg, Pa.; a sister, Janice Hennecke of Naples; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Caniff Funeral Home in Westwood. A private burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods.
