Tony Darshea Farrow, 54, of Ashland, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.
He was born April 13, 1959, in Ashland, a son of the late Douglas Thomas and Vera Simpson Farrow. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Terry Farrow.
He was a member of Christ Temple Church in Ashland, where he served in the Men's Choir, and formerly served as president of the residential committee at Scope Towers.
Survivors include a son, Darshea Hord of Ashland; a daughter, Bittean Myers of Charleston, W.Va.; brothers Richard Simpson and wife Tona of Columbus, Ohio, Ronald Jackson and wife Betty, Dwayne Farrow of Ashland and Timothy Farrow of Washington, D.C.; a sister, Sherlyn Lee of Ashland; and a host of loving extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013, at Christ Temple Church in Ashland.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel in Ashland.
