Juanita Douglas Williams, 83, of Ashland, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2002, at Jo Lin Health Center in Ironton.
She was born in Ashland on Oct. 1, 1918, the daughter of the late Chester Sr. and Gladys Clark Douglas.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Evans; her second husband, James Williams; two brothers, John and Max Douglas; and a son, Steve Evans.
She was a retired bank teller in Florida and a member of the First Baptist Church of Ashland.
She is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Chester Douglas Jr. and Anna Lee Douglas, both of Ashland; a granddaughter, Jennifer Greathouse of Greenup; and a great-grandson, Travis Greathouse of Greenup.
There will be a memorial service at a later date. Steen Funeral Homes is in charge of the arrangements.
