Troy Fairchild Jr. Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1936 - 2002 1936-2002 Troy E. Fairchild Jr., 65, formerly of Ashland, died Monday, Sept. 2, in Orlando, Fla. Mr. Fairchild was born Nov. 13, 1936. A memorial service will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Community Presbyterian Church in Bellefonte. Steen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
