Betty Charlotte Adkins Click, 67, of Ashland, Ky., died Monday, March 17, 2003, in King's Daughters Medical Center.
Mrs. Click was born June 1, 1935, in Rowan County, Ky., a daughter of the late Chester and Lacie Mae Fultz Adkins.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, James M. Click Jr., in 1997; and a brother, Edward Adkins.
She was a counselor for Youth Development Group of America in Ironton, Ohio, was a member of Belmont Baptist Church in Ashland and Order of Eastern Star #119, and was a graduate of Marshall University with a master's degree in psychology.
Surviving are a son, Jim (Gail) Click III of Cannonsburg, Ky.; a daughter, Gail Erwin of Summit, Ky.; a brother, Arlie Adkins of Pulaski, Va.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2003, at Steen Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel by the Rev. Charles E. Stewart and the Rev. Charles Grizzle. Entombment will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
