Charlotte Cordial
1923-2003
Charlotte H. Cordial, 79, of Ashland, Ky., died Sunday, March 30, 2003, in Woodland Oaks Health Care in Ashland.
Mrs. Cordial was born Nov. 27, 1923, in Holden, W.Va., a daughter of the late Alex and Florence Dempsey Howell.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Cordial; a brother, William Sanford Howell; and a sister, Ruth Gallaher.
A floral designer and homemaker, she owned Charlotte's Creations for 15 years and was a 50-year member of Second Baptist Church.
Her survivors include a son, Alan Cordial and spouse, Christine Olson, of Wexford, Pa.; a daughter, Judith Little of Ashland; a sister, Pauline Isaacs of Baltimore, Md.; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2003, at Steen Funeral Home-Marshall Steen Chapel in Ashland by the Rev. Charles Bush. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
