Nancy Ann Patrick Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1947 - 2003 Nancy Patrick 1947-2003 Nancy Ann Patrick, 55, of Ashland, Ky., died Wednesday, May 21, 2003, at her residence. She was born Dec. 5, 1947, in Coal Grove, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Ella Humphrey Clay. She was a retired school teacher for Burlington Elementary Schools in South Point, Ohio, and was a member of Ohio Teachers Association. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Patrick of Ashland; a stepson, Mark Steven Patrick of Topeka, Kan.; a stepdaughter, Kimberly Ann Patrick of Kansas City, Kan.; a brother, Tony Clay of South Point; and a step-grandson, Ryan Michael Patrick. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 24, 2003, in Zoar Cemetery in Coal Grove. Friends may call from 6 to 8 tonight, May 23, 2003, at Steen Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel.
