Caleb Travis Griffith-Chaffins
Caleb Travis Griffith-Chaffins, 3-month-old son of Christopher M. and LeighAnn D. Griffith Chaffins of Ashland, Ky., died Aug. 7, 2003, in Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va.
He was born May 12, 2003, in Huntington.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Michael Edward Griffith-Chaffins and Joshua David Griffith-Chaffins, both at home; a sister, Stephanie Trisha Griffith-Chaffins, at home; his maternal grandparents, Glen E. and Patricia Williams Griffith of Ashland; his paternal grandparents, Marvin E. and Anita Brown Chaffins of Greenup, Ky.; his maternal great-grandparents, Glen A. and Hazel Hardeman Griffith of Ashland; and his paternal great-grandmother, Geneva Felty Chaffins of Greenup.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. today, Aug. 9, 2003, at Steen Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel by the Rev. Ernie G. Napier. Burial will be in Hardeman Cemetery.
