While I never knew "Sparky", he left my son, Bruce's, life better by having been part of it. What a legacy to say of any man! May God sustain you in your hours of grief.

To the family of "Sparky". I hope you find comfort in the words of Jims friends. Ill never forget the gleam in Jims eye and his wonderful smile when he would talk about high school football. His love and passion for the game and knowledge of local players was truly amazing. He is the meaning of a true fan. I could always find Jim at the best game in the area on the 50 yard line way up high. My heart sunk when my dad told me about it Friday night in the stands. Ill miss my friend. Bruce

It was an honor and privilege to work with "Sparky" during my 1981-1992 years at Armco. Please accept my deepest condolences. May God comfort you.

It's times like these that make you realize how precious our time is here. It makes you realize that we need not take each other for granted. We should cherish every moment we have with each other. My Great Uncle Jim will be deeply missed and I find it hard to believe that he's gone. I'm so thankful that he got to dance at my wedding. I just wish that he had the opportunity to see my daughter. I'm sure he'll be with her in spirit. I can hear him now..."Well kid, you done good". Don't worry, she'll be a wildcats fan just like me. My love to Carolyn, Todd, Michael and Montana. God Bless Jennifer L. Ford Baltimore Maryland
