John Jack Lacy Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1927 - 2003 Jack Lacy 1927-2003 John W. "Jack" Lacy, 75, of Ashland, Ky., died Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2003, at his residence. Mr. Lacy was born Oct. 8, 1927, in Owingsville, Ky., a son of the late William C. and Lou Bradshaw Sharp Lacy. He was also preceded in death by a son, John W. Lacy Jr. He was a retired special agent with CSX Railroad, was a member of First Baptist Church in Ashland and was a World War II Navy veteran of the Pacific Theater. Surviving are his wife, Mary K. "Kathy" Barker Lacy of Ashland; and a daughter and her husband, Jonda K. Lacy and William Pigueron of Dublin, Ohio. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2003, at Rose Hill Mausoleum Chapel by the Rev. Billy Ray Jennings. Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2003, at Steen Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel on Central Avenue. .
